1. Age Verification

All customers must be 21 years of age or older to purchase from Caliwee Cannabis Delivery. You will be required to show a valid government-issued ID upon delivery to confirm your age. Deliveries will not be made to anyone who cannot provide valid identification proving they are over the age limit.

2. Order Placement

Orders can be placed on our website 24/7. However, our delivery hours are from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm daily, and orders placed outside these hours will be scheduled for delivery during the next available delivery time slot.

3. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver within the state of California only. Please refer to our Delivery Areas page for details. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact our customer service.

4. Delivery Timeframes

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated delivery times stated at checkout, please note that these are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times can vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather conditions.

5. Unattended Deliveries

For the safety and security of our customers and drivers, we do not leave packages unattended. If you are not available to accept your delivery, please contact us to reschedule. Any orders not accepted or rescheduled within a reasonable time may be cancelled, and you may be charged a restocking fee.

6. Delivery Fees

Delivery is free for orders over $50. A delivery fee of $10 applies for orders under $50.

7. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. In the event that a product you have ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to provide an alternative product or to adjust your order.

8. Return and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not generally accept returns. If you believe your product is defective or if there has been an error with your order, please contact our customer service immediately.
