Caliwee Cannabis Delivery Return Policy

At Caliwee Cannabis Delivery, your satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of the products we sell, we cannot accept returns in most cases. The following outlines our return policy:

1. No Returns on Cannabis Products

For health and safety reasons, all sales of cannabis products are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges of any cannabis products once they have been delivered.

2. Defective Products

If you believe you’ve received a defective product, please contact us at support@caliwee.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos if possible. Each claim will be reviewed case-by-case and, if approved, we will replace the defective product at no additional cost.

3. Order Errors

If you’ve received an incorrect product in your order, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to pick up the incorrect item and deliver the correct item as soon as possible.

4. Damaged Products

If a product arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a detailed description of the damage, and photos. We will replace the damaged product at no extra cost to you.

5. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already been processed or dispatched for delivery, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

Please note that all refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
